David, kudos to you if you are able to precisely time your investments. My strategy is a little different, I look for fundamentally sound companies that are grossly out of favor with the consensus on Wall Street. Usually there is a pain staking hold period but when it begins to move it is exponential and incredibly gratifying. A good example is 3Com. Currently I am happily ensconced but never complacent, knowing very well how market forces can alter what may appear to be a copacetic, when in reality there are latent forces that could swipe away all your hard earned gains.

I think I speak for quite a few people (at least 8 that I know of personally - including myself) in publicly thanking David E. Taylor in all of his work & research on this 3Com board. It has been very informative. And although he admittedly owns 3Com and wants it to go up, he admits his positions, thoughts, and concerns. Thanks David, and we appreciate it very much!
