That is true William. The lowest income strata in this country has the most change in it. IOW, more folks %-wise change into/out of the lowest income strata than in any other income bracket.

So the next time somebody tells you how the "poor" keep getting screwed year after year, you can tell them. "Well, my friend Victor says that last year's poor are not this year's poor- they're different people!" and you will be looked at as an oracle from whom deep wisdom flows. (not that you do not presently enjoy this level of deference.)

The second most dynamic income level is the highest- more people move in and out of the top income stratum than all but the lowest stratum. (BTW, Donald Trump has had some years lately when he would fall into the very lowest stratum- as he had no "income".)
