QCharts is real-time, and definitely not free. Not expensive, but not free either. You subscribe to QCharts from qcharts.quote.com. You can read about it more from there.

QPnf is a point and figure charting program I wrote. You can get it from pnfcharts.com. It will use the same datafeed as QCharts once you subscribe to it. It will also use free data from Yahoo if you are not a subscriber to Quote.com, but will only chart delayed daily data.

I will put out a new version of QPnf in a few minutes, it fixes a bug with creating charts on indices using yahoo data. But right now yahoo is down for me . . . so I can't test it.
