I was just watching the IBM commercial on CNBC with the guy with the wireless headgear yelling in orders to his PC with the pigeons in the square - a profound question - how do they make those pigeons go up and down? - those folks from IBM sure are pretty smart.

some plays da math, too.

TERN has 21.8 million shares outstanding. ATHM has 380 million. But we're expected to believe that because TERN costs $230 per share, it's too expensive compared to ATHM at $34... If TERN had 380 million shares outstanding, it would trade at ~$13.20 per share.

My money stays on TERN.
