Tomorrow seems to have taken a long time for some to arrive - but it's finally here (eastern time) and later this morning we'll all be happy checking for the next big ride!

I always have my bus fare ready every morning waiting for the right ride!

This too Jim.

"Typically, however, the shares indicated on a Form 144 have probably already been sold by the time you see the document. If the seller is an insider, they may actually file the Form 144 and Form 4 sale at the same time. This makes sense. After all, why would the holder go through the paperwork of a Form 144 unless they were ready to pull the trigger?

I don't usually get too excited, either way, about 144 filings, unless the list is a couple of screens long, and it's a gazillion shares, then I'm onto something else.
