I am what you would call a "leyperson" . I have been long on IDC since 12. Is there any indication on when this ERICY-IDC business will be decided? Thanx in advance.

It seems to me that IDC stock has the potential to explode if they win the case. It seems that the only reason it has not already is that there are a few "if's" . I think a lot of skepticism will be erased if the outcome is positive. Any thoughts?
