<<At face value, I don't see anything wrong with one company helping the other. That is the entire goal of the ICGE stable of companies, where one frequently partners with and helps the other.>>

I need to learn more about the arrangement between Hassan, Nestronics and AMCM, but I don't think the situation of ICGE is analogous to AMCM. If Nestronics and AMCM cooperate for the benefit of Nestronics the only person holding shares in both is Hassan. Hassan may be running his own version of ICGE/CMGI but AMCM shareholders will not participate in the success of Nestronics. Am I correct?

I have taken a small long position. Would have bought more but Hassan makes me hesitate.

AM Communications anticipates that revenues from existing contracts of the Broadband Services Business Unit could amount to an estimated $31 million.

AM is putting bids on new and bigger contracts.
