Foreign Investors Bought Net INR4.43B Of India Shares Mon

BOMBAY (Dow Jones)--Foreign institutional investors bought a net 4.43 billion rupees ($1=INR43.61) of Indian stocks Monday, the Securities & Exchange Board of India said Tuesday. The board releases daily purchase and sale figures with a day's lag.

Foreign institutional investors bought a net INR 23.98 billion of Indian shares until Monday in February, compared with net purchases of INR1.51 billion in January, the board said.
