I have to admit there is a certain psychosis out there Searle. Y2K seems to have been its peak. However, there are numerous examples of gold investors on Kitco who made good on other investments. A number declared they were long the S&P, oil, etc. before substantial moves occurred. I have to admit most of my investing has been in mining stocks and the physical metal, but even I have had good fortune--one of my miners (a graphite mine in China) went high tech and got hold of some set box technology for the internet and soared. Sometimes if you refuse to go to the money, the money comes to you. --Al
