Auggie,

I would think that the paymybills model would work...ggg.

I can't wait for the Checkfree/Transpoint deal to settle. Adoption is going to be much quicker now. The deal could impact so many facets of how we do our banking and payments that I have'nt had a chance to visit every scenario. I think that the FDC portion is going to give us size, the Transpoint portion marketing, and the Citi portion access to immediate subscriber growth. The b2b and b2c possibilities get very interesting because now everyone who is anyone is on the same page.

Today will get ugly again, just because the buyers are waiting for the turn. The big boys will decide when the run begins and I am willing to wait, because IMO the next move will be "the run".

I think the move from 69 to 125 was just a taste of what the future has in store for Checkfree.

Regards,

Rob
