NN to be bought for"up to $6.5 billion" according to the following:

So, what if ALA offered $36/ share and the NN board rejects it ? How's the market going to react to NN not accepting the only offer on the table ?

All of a sudden, earnings take on a much greater importance, don't they.

Hold on for the roller-coaster ride ahead...

Bob, if some(more optimistic) NN executives are really
dissapointed( it could be just a rumor),
it may the case that with 1:1 they do not like the fact that
ALA if lower then used to be recently ( 52-54US).
I agree,patience is the key to getting correct price.
