Sudan: Delegation Of Petro-Tec Oil Company Meets Energy Minister Khartoum, Feb. 22 (SUNA)- A delegation of Petro-Tec company which operates in the sphere of oil fields development is currently visiting Sudan to get acquanited with volume of the work at the oil exploration fields at Hejelij area and chances of investment in this domain. Interviewed by SUNA, General Difrector of the London-based Sudanese Petro-Tec Company, Dr. Omer Badawi Abul-Bishr, has lauded the accomplishment which is currently taking place in Sudan in the field of oil production. He indicated that the Sudanese crude oil is regarded as of best quality in the world. He said that Sudan is approaching a prosperous era of oil production, adding that the country is qualified to produce 300,000 barrels per day. He said that he met here the Minister of Energy and Mining and reviewed fields of the company's work. Dr. Abul-Bishr said that he discussed with Dr. Al-Jaz ways of boosting the Sudanese Sudapet company's work as regards introducing machineries and equipment, besides qualifying and training Sudanese cadres in this field.
