If I owned any SBC, I would consider selling it <g>. SE never dropped to 5, I think its low was in the high teens last fall. Still, my shampoo instructions would have worked again.

Anyway, $44.25 is a windfall for the SE shareholders after the XNET debacle of the past year. Did you see that SE sold off the old XNET division for a mere $50 million, after paying over $200 million the year before.
