B: Israelvest, Inc. Launches Israelinvestor.com; New Financial Website Will
Focus on Israeli Stocks Traded on Wall Street

NEW YORK and TEL AVIV, Feb 22, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Israelvest,
Inc. announced today the launch of Israelinvestor.com, an independent
web-based publication that will feature financial and technology news
on the growing number of Israeli-related companies traded on U.S.
exchanges. The site URL is israelinvestor.com

"Israel has more companies registered on U.S. stock market exchanges
than any foreign country except Canada," said C. Ariella Sofia, former
senior associate research director of The Value Line Investment Survey
who now serves as editor-in-chief of Israelinvestor.com. "The 120-plus
stocks in this group range from billion dollar Teva Pharmaceuticals
(Nasdaq: TEVA) to Internet pioneer VocalTec (Nasdaq: VOCL). Some, like
Tecnomatix (Nasdaq: TCNO) and Orbotech (Nasdaq: ORBK) are the world
leaders in their area. The group is surprisingly under-represented
among traditional Wall Street analysts, making it difficult for
individual investors to research the companies. We will strive to fill
that information gap."

Israelinvestor.com will initially feature company profiles and stock
market statistics on the most actively traded stocks in the group,
along with news features, information on IPOs and secondaries, plus
daily alerts and exclusive background reports through its partnership
with IDC Israel, a division of International Data Corporation.

"We have a time advantage," said Shlomi Cohen, co-founder of
Israelinvestor.com and the ex-author of a popular portfolio column in
Globes Arena, Israel's online financial newspaper. "The seven hour time
difference between New York and Tel Aviv offers our Israeli-based staff
an opportunity to alert American viewers to local developments well
before the official opening of Wall Street."

The 120-plus Israeli companies traded on U.S. exchanges command a total
market capitalization of almost $50 billion. According to Venture One,
nearly $1 billion in Israeli venture capital investments were made
during 1999. This investment level, plus funds brought by foreign
investors, makes Israel a prime spot for future IPOs. "We expect
interest in these stocks to continue growing," said Ms. Sofia.
"Publicly-traded companies remain the level at which most individual
investors can participate in Israel's rapidly growing high-tech
sector."

Stocks that Israelinvestor.com will initially focus on include: Aladdin
