I have My Track on three computers no installation problems whatsoever.

AJ: I am still hooped. The Track Data CD finally came in the mail, and it didn't solve the problem! I emailed Track Data Support (again) to get their help. Basically, I get the following code when I shut my computer down after using the software, and everything locks up. I can't even do a CTRL+ALT+DELETE.

FATAL EXCEPTION ERROR 0D @ 0000:0000FF00

If anyone has any input, please feel free to post.
