I wouldn't be totally surprised if a settlement is reached
while the final presentations are made at Washington. This
is only my hunch, considering Jackson is expected to wait to
hear from Posner before making final rulings.

Last weeks comments that Balmer and Gates are both working
hard at a settlement has some weight. The timing is right
considering MSFT likes to wait till the last moment on these
things.

I did not open fire ON Ed. I opened fire on one of HIS
POSTs. If you can appreciate the difference, that's great!
If not, well, your problem.

Ed DID open fire ON me which was totally crazy. But, his
problem in life.
