IMAGING DIAGNOSTIC RECEIVES ADDITIONAL FUNDING

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Fort Lauderdale, Florida, February 22, 2000-Imaging Diagnostic Systems Inc., (OTC BB IMDS) announced today that the quarterly report for the period ending 12/31/99 was filed on February 18. Since December 31, 1999, the Company has received capital to fund its current working capital needs.
The capital the Company has received includes $500,000.00 as a loan from its distributor Cycle of Life Technologies, Inc. (see "recent developments" on page 13 of the 12/31/99 quarterly report). In addition many warrant holders have exercised their outstanding warrants, resulting in the Company receiving an excess of $1 million.
In addition to the loan, the Company is currently reviewing several term sheets from different investment bankers for additional equity funding for the Company's future needs.
