PRESS RELEASE IMAGING DIAGNOSTIC RECEIVES ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Fort Lauderdale, Florida, February 22, 2000-Imaging Diagnostic Systems Inc., (OTC BB IMDS) announced today that the quarterly report for the period ending 12/31/99 was filed on February 18. Since December 31, 1999, the Company has received capital to fund its current working capital needs. The capital the Company has received includes $500,000.00 as a loan from its distributor Cycle of Life Technologies, Inc. (see "recent developments" on page 13 of the 12/31/99 quarterly report). In addition many warrant holders have exercised their outstanding warrants, resulting in the Company receiving an excess of $1 million. In addition to the loan, the Company is currently reviewing several term sheets from different investment bankers for additional equity funding for the Company's future needs. Imaging Diagnostic Systems has developed the world's first patented laser breast imaging device that utilizes state of the art laser technology and patented computed algorithms that create contiguous cross sectional slice images of the breast without the use of breast compression or x-rays.
