I'm not certain of this. I don't usually trade large-float stocks like the NCTI's and BICO's of the world, but I've seen how it can take a ton of shares to move the quote either way. In this case, I do not believe that there were enough sellers to hold FOCS at 1.21 and under through 2.7 million shares, the majority of which were buys. I also don't usually ascribe evil intent to MMs when the "BLATANT NAKED SHORTING!!" idiots simply don't realize that there is tremendous distribution by the promoters into their pumped-up volume, but in the case of FOCS, it does appear to me that a whole gang of MMs, led by SHRP, were sitting on it. I had my MM poke at a couple of the other MMs and their reactions were also peculiar (can't say more on this, have to protect a confidence).

When was the last time you saw something over $1.00 trade 5 million shares within 3-1/2 cents? I find it a bit frustrating, since I have a ton of FOCS for sale or trade at $5-7 <VBG>, but it's still hilarious. -Eric
