I am not advocating voting by race.

I advocate voting based on 'walking the talk'...I advocate voting for one who actually means what they say...rhetoric is Easy.

Actualizing Principles is not easy...Dubya has shown his forked tongue, 'The DoubleSpeak'.

If this blatant faux pas is a 'wedge issue', it was inserted by the Bush Campaign Strategists...not the 'democrats'.

Context is Key.

We're not talking about 'guilt by association'...we're talking about an Insensitive Choice, devoid of 'compassion', in light of the Jasper atrocity.

I simply see the BobJones choice as a MAJOR Mistake...to speak at a college that prohibits inter-racial relations, is BACKASSWARD, as we used to say Down Home, and The Compassionate Conservative message has been Damaged beyond repair.

If Dubya's message is Compassionate Conservatism, he missed an opportunity to demonstrate both compassion and integrity by making his speech, elsewhere.

Dubya and Company cannot have it both ways.

I want to congratulate all the Dems on their victory tonight. McCain, Big Labor and the Dem machine pulled out all stops for their man. So now it's Bush 3. McCain 2.

Now for the good news. John McCain lost the nomination tonight. This was the high
water mark of the McCain/Dem campaign to destroy the GOP.

George Bush will win the bulk of the delegates from Michigan. George Bush will win the bulk of the ensuing primaries, where the opportunity for Dem mischief is much lower or non-existent.

Of course, McCain will still have the 90% Dem Media behind him, but that won't help him with Republicans. Voting projections show that McCain is more unpopular than ever among GOP voters. No one can win the nomination with 25% of the vote.
