Eric and Rude Dog: Thank you for the information. I assumed since Sunspot appeared to have installed a couple of W2K's on various machines that he knew of what he spoke when he said:"Unfortunately, some users will have bad experiences with Windows 2000, especially people thinking it's a successor of Windows 98, that don't understand why it doesn't turn off itself and why USB isn't as supported as in Win98. in post #38279.
