CWRC there is no Jethro's (etc) Casino planned for Black Hawk read on:

just got off the phone with the City Planner in Black Hawk...Country World has never submitted plans for the Jethro's Casino referenced in Press Release last summer. construction will not start in March 2000. i got the idea that they had talked about it...but a long time ago, and Black Hawk has not seen anything from the company.
