(NASDAQ: ELOT) today announced that its subsidiary, eLottery Inc., has signed a four-year contract under which the Company will become the exclusive web-based retailer and provider of games for a UK charity lottery. The UK charity lottery is authorized by the Gaming Board for Great Britain, with GTL Management Ltd. ("GTLML") serving as the operating company on behalf of Inter Lotto (UK) Ltd. ("Inter Lotto").... eLottery's strategic partner International Lottery and Totalizator Systems, Inc. ("ILTS") (OTC BB: ITSI) will supply the hardware that runs the land-based lottery. In accordance with a previous agreement with ILTS, eLottery is near completion of a web-based interface to the ILTS central system.
