You are lucky, I can't even connect to the hind tit!! I read in the NP that TD gets 10,000 new applicants each week. Don't worry though, they do say that they are holding back on advertising until they get their house in order....(hahahhahh))) Cheers, Mike

Had to wait for half an hour for a market order of a blue chip stock in my cash account to change its 'W' (waiting) status to 'O' (open). Intolerable and inexcusable. Beginning to wonder if there is any collusion among all these Canadian discount brokerage houses to frustrate the online customers to move them to their more lucrative full time broker service! Just a thought. TD Waterhouse is rapidly expanding its customer base without any smidgen of improvement in their service. It simply stinks. They know they have a virtual monopoly and they simply don't care for their customers. How could we go about beginning a class action suit in Canada? Roberto
