As I surmised yesterday:

"Costs would continue to rise ahead of revenues, said Bob Annunziata, chief executive, as the company pursued one of its main objectives: "Never run
out of
bandwidth."
Unfortunately, that naturally will lead some analysts to add: "Never run out of money might have been one factor to consider also long term."

>> What did they think Annunziata meant by "building to building"?

Who cares? I was more interested in the "desktop to desktop". (-: I keep grilling myself on what I want to own more ... etek or gblx. Sell some etek to buy more gblx, or dig into the checking acct. some more.

Are you saying you **werent** surprised by the huge sell off today?? Puh-leeze! Obviously, the market was.

Annunziatta is reminding people of a strategy discussed in the past, to provide not only the cable infrastructure connecting continents, but city blocks as well. A total macro- and micro-infrastructure strategy. The guy's got grandiose balls, I'll give him that!
