I went through the same ordeal with LCOS/USAI merger as LCOS holder. I believe that we are either at the bottom or turning point in this stock. IMHO,if stock goes below $45, then this AOL/TWX will be called off. Otherwise, it should go higher from here. I would hold and take my chance at this low price and buy more under $45.

nick;i was a holder of 2000 aol then i sold 500 the day after aol merger with time warner at 68.then 600 at 63,i am holding the bag with 900 and kicking my self for not selling the 2000.what a day ,what a week ,what a month,and what a year for aol .nothing will keep this stock from falling ?
