That is the point I was trying to make: that Gilder's report made it sound as if TERN's technology was industry standard (DOCSIS), when, in fact that is not the case. They may, however, become part of DOCSIS in the future. I believe they are planning to submit a S-CDMA modem for certification in the future....6 months from now being the time frame. Until then, it is really just conjecture.
