Just got back from lunch and it is 60 degrees out! I think we get a big spring related buying frenzy. Further corroboration came as I stopped in a quickie mart and some clown was telephoning in his lotto numbers and having slips printed up. WTF, its not like they change the odds depending on time or close off a couple numbers. The whole country has gone nutz. -ng-
