Good Work!!!

We need to blast through $2 dollars, I think FOCS will get pushed back here and then run past $2 during the last hour of trading. Could close near $3.

Regards
Cory

IMO, you are very wise, indeed. I am tucking my new FOCS shares away for at least 3 years.

Options or warrants?
I'll have to take a closer look at what had been a
worthless footnote on my broker statements.
The secondary offering of "units" in Nov'98 included
warrants to purchase shares at 25 cents, I believe.
In Nov'99 a scheduled increase made the share purchase
cost 35 cents, and I think it escalates further in the
future. However, if FOCS closes 30 days in a row
above twice the warrant's share purchase price, then the
warrants become callable by Fiberchem for a nickel apiece.

I'm really clueless about warrants -- acquired these by
accident (happily). So the above may be totally off-base.
Does anybody have a better handle on it?? Expect an errata
post from me when I find out more. The Edgar filing for
that old secondary offering is where I'll start, but the
legalese is daunting to the uninitiated.
