However, at the risk of ticking of some loggers, I think you have an exaggerated opinion of their level of expertise. If I remember right, a young person with a strapping build and a pair of caulked boots was automatically qualified as having all the experience needed. In addition, the focus in this business is more on production than on anything else; which is bad, but that's the way it is.
