Oracle Forms New Firm to Deliver Web to Cellphones
NEW YORK (Reuters) - Oracle Corp. (NasdaqNM:ORCL - news) on Tuesday said it created a new company promising easy access to the Internet via wireless devices such as cellular phones.

The new company, OracleMobile.com, is a new wholly owned unit of Oracle, which Oracle Chief Executive Larry Ellison said would go public ``as soon as possible.'
