Had an interesting thing happen this morning. I have the QCOM/Globalstar phone and my salesman faxed me this morning to call him. That they were updating and I might be locked out???????????? He asked me to to call him on a land based phone. When I reached him he asked me be sure that my phone was off and to go to an area on the front of the phone next to where it says globalstar. He asked me to pull out the chip and read him the numbers on the chip. I did, he seemed to be entering something in the computer and said "O.K. You're all set." You would never have known the chip was there. He had to help me locate it.....Of course I have to have help raising the antenna. dealer (checking to see if she can sign-on the internet with her handheld phone)
