Check out the intraday volume chart. Some news (or rumors) clearly came out at 2:30, but I don't see anything on the wires.

Hi Chuzz...I got incredibly lucky on this one...bought this morn at 31 and change...when the Naz was down 120...one lucky trading charm (for me) has been to buy when the Naz is down 120+ before 2PM, for, as long as I can remember, we always get at least one rally during the day...the second lucky habit.....is to buy after we have a down Friday, and then a hard down Monday (today Tuesday) morn......seems its hard to keep a good Naz down too long <G> My 3rd lucky charm was to follow you around the threads, for when you sold your puts, I figured the companies financials must have been O.K. (Thanks!).....The market took this stock out and shot it for, essentially, one bad quarter......overreaction..........The pullback (the last couple days) reminded me of a trading tip IBD always like to stress...buy the stock AFTER the first failed rally (not before)...that's what I tried to do (today)...and got lucky.. Think I'm going to hold for a while...I think this (like TYC) has a ways to run....see you and thanks....BTW- I think we'll see 40 tomorrow...if even briefly...
