Will UPR be the next E&P to cave in? Closed today below 10. Fundamentals have almost gone out the window. Purely on a technical basis UPR looks vulnerable to making a new 52 week if it closes below 9 1/2 tomorrow.

Looking for some capitulation before I enter again. I may put out some limit buys at 9 and 8 1/2, before I go on vacation on Thurs. If UPR get's in the 8's again I'm going to buy some July 7 1/2 calls too (assuming PXD is above 7 1/4).

FST and PXD both up on 3x and 2x normal volume respectively. At least some attention is being paid to value. PXD has been reducing debt thru cash flow and asset sales. Their debt/equity ratio has not been updated on yahoo.

I can see UPR's weakness given their debt, but BR making a new 52 week low eludes me. As such bought a trading position in BR near the close at 27 3/4 and 27 7/8.

I'm somewhat surprised by the OSX strength in the face of XOI and market weakness. As such I raised some cash today and closed out my remaining short positions for a small loss. I certainly don't want to worry about short positions on vacation.

Still plenty of time to use margin. Waiting patiently on the sideline for the next blowup. FST and PXD were/are gifts sub 8. Now who feels generous?

Slider: "If FGH is as much of a bargain as you think it is, or as cheap as you say it is; why isnt anyone buying it here ?"

Slider, the stupidity of your question does not do you justice! For every share sold today, there was a BUYER. The overwhelming majority (99%) of shareholders neither bought nor sold their shares and I am positive there were many investors and/or traders who traded the same shares more than once today.

Even more mystifying than your question is your claim of none participation in the issue. You are continuously on the YAHOO FGH board under your own logo and your ever changing aliases attacking the company and anyone who owns it. You spend more time and effort attacking this one company on this message board than all others combined.

Quite frankly, I think you have lost your butt on FGH from the get go and can't stand the thought someone else might prevail where you have failed.

Don't hand me that crap about trying to humiliate SargeK to explain your inordinate interest in Friede Goldman Halter, Inc. I post very little on Yahoo and have reduced posts here significantly. As previously stated, thou protesth too much. Your obsession with yours truly has made you a friggin joke and I, for one, am not laughing.

Bottom Line: I think you do little or no trading based on some very obvious, erroneous remarks you have made. I continue to believe you are a Boiler Room employee and your posts are paid for. The very FACT that you state you have no position in a stock and then spend countless hours (every day of the week) on Yahoo and SI attacking the Company and its shareholders leads to no other rational conclusion.

If you are NOT a paid professional and you DO NOT have a personal financial interest, I suggest you get medical help ASAP. By the way, your increasing use of ROFLMAO
has made me a little curious. Do you perform that function with or without restraints?

Have a pleasant evening, little cretin!

SargeK

See you at 25!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!>VBG<

Msg: 4637 of 4646 I don't know about sarge and the 5 15/16 but I personally have traded and had shares bought at the full ASK price. I think you are a good enough trader to know that you can get bought at the ASK. If not, what are you doing here? Are you guys that desparate?

Maybe this socially unacceptable behavior and apparent lack of knowledge regarding trading techniques really does reflect who you are. Or, maybe it is a good contrarian indicator that supports the stock price trend reversal. Well, I think I'll hold. Thank you for your concern. However, I really think you better finish covering real soon."
