Double ZERO!!

But OH WOW!!!

Mr. Becka added: "What the Court essentially did was to say that, assuming all of the facts pleaded in plaintiffs complaint to be true, plaintiffs still failed to state a cause of action for securities fraud against Hitsgalore.com and Messrs. Reed and Bradford."

I am (almost) speechless. Just how much more cynical can you get?

Let me attempt to translate what the court has said to shareholders:

"Hey HITT shareholders, guess what, HITT legally did not have to disclose in their February, 1999 SEC filings Dorian Reed's past problems with the FTC and his criminal involvement with IBB. Y'all should have done your own due diligence. Bummer! Don't go asking the court to help get your money back... suckers!!!"

My opinion, of course. :)
