In (some of) India, they talk about ascending through a red shower, like a waterfall. The waterfall feels like a shower, but it's light. And this washes away certain bodies, or "characteristics." Well, I'm going upstairs to take a shower, and I'm taking it with me. PS: Lutyens, incredibly enough, designed a beautiful allusion to this "place" in The Capitol Buildings of Delhi. Quite progressive for an Englishman to even understand its existence; let alone imagine it and represent it. Honor it. The poetry of it must have struck him. He built a huge staircase internal room, with a fantastic circular opening in the roof, an oculus; and water falls from around the rim of the ceiling into the room. It seems water and light have combined and are falling from an opening in heaven. A portal, into the open sky.
