last ten trades, but they are delayed
by 20 minutes.

Pepper and Bree - officially, there is not supposed to be any pre-open or after-hours trading on the BB. Some MMs bend the rules a few minutes before or a few minutes after, but when you see a price that's way out of line, 100% of the time it's a clean-up print from some time earlier in the day.

EDIT: Well, now I see I'm about the twelfth person to answer that <g>.
