hi jim

the market always knows first. i guess this explains the stocks' recent upswing. hopefully we won't see selling tomorrow on the news. comparatively speaking i believe we have a long way to go, its doubtful but it would be nice if we soon see a value relative to vsat in the U.S.

Thursday Mar 9 2000
Mr. John Barkwith reports
NSI Communications has received an order for over $1.6-million from Siemens AG of Germany to supply equipment and services to the Post and Telecommunications Authority (PTA) of Mongolia.
NSI will expand PTA's existing VSATPlus II network with additional equipment at the central gateway station located in Ulaanbaatar and the implementation of 10 new stations across the country. This network represents a significant portion of Mongolia's public telecom infrastructure and interconnects Siemens digital switches at 18 locations carrying voice, data, and fax communications. NSI will also upgrade the entire network to its newest voice compression technology resulting in significant savings to the PTA.
The order is scheduled for delivery during the third quarter of 2000.
John Barkwith, NSI's director of business development, commented: "Our systems' proven ability to work in harsh and remote environments is the primary reason why we were chosen for the expansion. This repeat order demonstrates PTA's continuing confidence and satisfaction in our VSATPlus II system and our dedication to support PTA's requirements."
Robert Cazelais, NSI's vice-president, sales, added: "In only the first 10 weeks of this year we have already booked almost $12-million of new orders. Our team is delivering what the market wants and the results speak for themselves."
