We'll see. I just couldn't resist, so I bought enough to round up to the next even thousand. It's the first time I've bought SUNW since the last split, and by far the most I've ever paid per share. I can't help thinking Greenspan will prove to be relatively benign (probably saying little new), and all those new wireless devices that got the semi's excited today will need some power in the back room -- Sun should at least get their share. Plus, there's even a chance they'll announce a split some time within the next couple of months, and that often attracts some interest.

I have some margin debt again, but it's small enough I could transfer much of it to my Visa card if I really had to for some reason.

Valuation is a concern, but my world view calls for oil prices and interest rates to drop (especially as Treasury refunding needs fall as a result of unexpectedly high income tax receipts), and for generally good times to continue at least until the election.
