Well, it is getting to look like that's IT!

If that is all there is, I have to admit I am disappointed!
If some spinoff of the subs, that is another matter.

But there was no mention of that in the Bloomberg piece.

If this is it, then TM must have been much easier to satisfy than we all thought, and NN must have been in much WORSE shape than we believed.

I'm not disappointed at all. The buyout represents about a 75% premium over where I bought (in the low $20's) and I bought solely for the possibility of a buyout. Let's not feel too sorry for ourselves, people.
