It's OK to buy CPQ now, Tom Dorsey says it's broken down and should not be bought.

Remember his visit to this thread a few weeks ago and his published TA analysis that it was a strong buy moving on up to the 4O's quite soon!

[CPQ] Compaq Computer: After bottoming out at 18 1-2, CPQ experienced an initial bounce off the bottom, enough to violate the downtrend line at 32, and reverse up on its RS chart. CPQ is still in a uptrend, but it has broken down, a double bottom at 26. The next support is the uptrend line at 20. We would not initiate new positions here as the RS vs. its peers is negative, suggesting there are better names in the group to buy.
