Ted: Re. "Are there any specific SEC rules/regulations that would prohibit a company from issueing any new or revised financial or corporate news that would influence the trading value of a stock if there was imminent/pending changes to the company?" I don't think so. A company can report any legitimate development in OEM deals, new products, and other, internal events of note at any time no matter what may be going on behind the scenes. Or it can withhold that information. I would not interpret a lack of announcements as a sign of pending announcements.

There has been a dearth of information from the company. But that's not unusual for Concurrent. It is not in a kind of business that churns out new products or gains OEM wins on a frequent basis.
