XIRC drifted lower and lower a quarter or two ago until earnings came out. There was also some end-of-quarter dumping of low-performing stocks too. XIRC was one of the low-performing ones when it came to the end-of-quarter window dressing. There was lots of analyst worries at that time. There was also a lack of XIRC news to keep the price up. Because of this, I've decided to treat this stock as a speculative stock and invested accordingly. Ted the Technician
