it will be a shame if the deal is called off but IMO no one holding either issue will vote for it at these levels. I sure would not either.

We may find that the majority of those who would not vote for the merger are already voting by selling their shares, and therefore will not be around to voice any opposition. Consequently, the majority of the people who still hold AOL by the time the vote comes will be those that think it's a good idea. That's my theory anyway.
