By overturning themselves they in effect found exactly what I said, that the Constitution can be ignored at various times by any level. We know which law school you didn't go to. All of them. >>The federal judiciary overtuned the verdict. Economic loss v. personal injury. Better to have tort reform than to have the Supremes handling such matters.
