To the ESAF board: I would just like to make it clear why the continuous posting of the completely inaccurate review of ESAF's SaftyLatch product is happening: Isit4real (alias Rscott1956) is a moron. Why is he a moron? Well...you see...he can't stand that Rscott1953 posts "annoying" messages on the Yahoo IDX thread. So he reasoned that the best way to combat Rscott1953 was to get an alias of rscott1956 and post the same balogna "review" of one of ESAF's product in an effort to discredit ESAF with the ultimate goal of "getting back" at rscott1953. And why does he think this is a good idea? Because the posters on the NRI Yahoo thread should "control" rscott1953 and not allow him to post on IDX....thus allowing Isit4real to return to his fantasy board where no negative opinions can be expressed. First, let me provide you with posts that back up my assertions:messages.yahoo.com messages.yahoo.com messages.yahoo.com messages.yahoo.com messages.yahoo.com So what is wrong with what is going on? Before I get to the article...let me address...or at least begin to address...what is wrong with isit4real. Isit4real is a moron because he fails to grasp one VERY simple premise: no one poster on the yahoo ESAF thread has any control, influence, or any say whatsoever in what any other poster on the thread writes. Two glaring problems with isit4real's assertion stand out to the reasonable man: if a poster could be "controlled" by other posters, then why doesn't isit4real prevent rscott1953 from posting himself by using these supposed editorial powers, instead of passing the buck to us? Secondly, even assuming that the only people could "edit" other people's posts reside exclusively on the ESAF board...then wouldn't we have just used our almighty editing powers to just prevent isit4real from posting on our thread...as it is clear by the multiple posts that we all hate isit4real? Clearly, we (the ESAF board) have no control and can have no control over what others on the board post. It seems to me a very easy concept to grasp, yet it escapes the mental grasp of isit4real. Therefore, seeing as how mentally limited the person posting is, what he says in his posts should be read with such understanding of isit4real's IQ in mind. Am I unsympathetic to these "annoying" posts? No. I clearly understand what it is to have your board bothered by people who hate your stock and want it to go down. If you don't believe me take a glance through either the ESAF board here on SI or the one on Yahoo....I have been defending ESAF for QUITE a while. But while it hurts to have people dump on a stock you believe in...you DO NOT deal with such problems by lowering yourself to using profanity or by trying to beat the other person at their own game of "annoy." In other words, you don't turn into a child...you remain mature and deal with your problem in that type of a manner. How do mature people deal with problems? They talk them out. That's right...if rscott1953 is totally wrong about IDX...then prove it. Argue with him...it is obvious he is going nowhere. If you truely are right...then you can prove it using argument and time. In the end...everyone is entitled to their opinion...no matter how much it differs from yours. Secondly, by arguing your side...you see the other side, whether you want to or not...and become a better advocate of your position. Thirdly, everyone has a right to speak their mind thanks to the First Amendment...and you better get used to that or move. So what is Isit4real saying: "please help me get rid of rscott1953 cause I am not smart enough to argue with him." Sad really. He is the one who can't stand having divergent viewpoints expressed on his board, yet ESAF have "blinders" on...I found that comment particularly ironic.... By the way...isit4real is disingenuous as hell too:messages.yahoo.com He apologizes for acting like the primate that he is...then goes on to switch identities and do it again. Now...here is why the article is a joke:messages.yahoo.com and currently:computerworld.com In sum, ignore the post by isit4real. If you absolutely need more interaction with primates in your life...just go to the zoo. Regards, Bob
