Yahoo post alert ! - FGH ripped by analysts and PDE on PDE conference call !!! DUMP IT NOW imo ~

From the glorious Yahoo thread:

This Isn't Good!

I just got off a conference call with Pride International (PDE). During the call, it came out that two drillships under construction by FGH have had construction stopped.

An analyst for a major brokerage firm commented that FGH can't build a decent rig. A PDE executive corrected him by saying FGH could build a decent rig, they just couldn't do it on time and on budget. The analyst wasn't convinced.

The two drillships PDE had built in a Korean yard were built on time and within budget.

Why would anyone want to do business with FGH when the only way the job can be completed is by going to arbitration? Why would a company want FGH's hassles when the Koreans are doing a better job at building rigs?

This doesn't look good for FGH.

Just another opinion, FWIW.

=====================================================

"AN ANALYST AT A MAJOR BROKERAGE HOUSE - rips FGH - nahhhh ? - say it aint so Sarge ?

... and who told you about the KOREAN factor ?

The major point in that post is the harsh reality reflected in the comment of - "who would want to do business with them, when the only way the job gets completed is with arbitration" - HOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAH ~ ROFLMAO !

In case anyone has not gotten the point:

Is the once "Yard of choice" is now behaving shareprice-wise and with today's comments from a "major brokerage house analyst" - more like the - "PARIAH OF THE PATCH", instead of the once yard of choice ?

Institutional ownership has fallen to an embarrasing - RED ALERT 14% ownership level

The stock price itself speaks volumes - this POS cant get off the mat - on ANY news - period.

I believe that there is a HUGE 2nd SHOE to drop - bank on it. - that is my personal opinion.

There is one hell of a long wait untill they release their Goodwill Hunting Q4 by the way...

Rember those who didnt take the tax loss sale at $11 in October when Institution's did ? - would have made themselves a double, just buy buying back cheaper and they got the tax deduction. Do the math of $5.75 to $3 people...

Remember; sometimes it not only pays, but pays BIG - to sell and exit and sit on the sidelines - especially during periods of:

Silence

Delay

Bad News

RIP - put a damn fork in this one folks... You're going to need a submarine to find this one soon imo.

Put that in your pipe & smoke it Sluggo...
