Unfortunately Don, as you might have noticed in the last several weeks, as SNDK gets more visible, we have begun to experience some of the problems of other threads. I guess we will have to police our own thread to prevent such a foothold from forming.

P.S. As of this afternoon, nothing new on the court docket for the infringement case and no matters listed on Judge Breyers docket relating to the case.

Don, perhaps one of the main differences between this discussion and others is that people here are really interested in what the company does and how well it does it. Many other discussion boards are less substantive and more concerned with where the stock price might go in the near future. Because of less interest in substance, the other boards will always be less valuable to those with a long term outlook.
