Sure, we're in the 17th year of the Reagan Boom. And remember the stock market took off in late 1994 after the GOP took Congress. Clinton fought a balanced budget and welfare reform. His big plan - socialized med - failed.

I'm surprised Forbes said that. That's like giving Clinton credit for the calendar change from 1999 to 2000 because it happened under "his rule". Worse really, because Clinton wanted massive new spending programs which never passed.
