Richard et al, Does anyone have anything that can be shared re ETT. Unless GHV is in even more trouble than anyone knows, this looks a good time to be a buyer of ETT. The dividend at this price level is getting ridiculous. The only REIT I am holding currently is ETT. I put together a test basket of 10 REITs in January and have tracked dividends and share price. The paper loss at present indicates that a) it was a bad idea or b) REITs are a bargain.
