Hi Hans,

Tonite Taikun met Alfred R. Buckley, President, The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. at the Corporate Governance Conference in UCLA.

Taikun: When the Nasdaq globalizes to Japan etc, will the companies need to adhere to US listing rules ala SEC/Investment Holding Companies Act that has restricted CMGI/SFE/ICGE?
Buckley: Frank (Zarb) is in Japan now setting up the listing regs for Nasdaq japan but our vision is, and this isn't decided yet, that companies registering will need to adhere to US regs. Softbank is playing an arbitrage play between US and Int'l regs.

So, that's it...we are an official arbitrage play between market reg bodies. Since the Nasdaq is valued at $4bn, what is the value of this arb opp????
